Jump to Recipe
This Slow Cooker Smoky Pulled Pork is so good! This tender and juicy Kalua smoky pulled or shredded pork melts in your mouth and uses just three ingredients.
Remember that delicious smoky pulled pork you had at the last graduation open house? You know the one where they slow roasted an entire pig in a big smoker in the back yard? You can make a small batch in your slow cooker at home and it tastes just as good!
It is super easy to prepare, then let it slow cook in your crockpot. I start mine around 4 p.m. one day, flip it over before bed time, and then shred it into freezable batches the next morning.
This recipe is moderately low-carb, but not necessarily by Keto extreme low-carb guidelines.
This pork is great to use in this Smoky Pulled Pork Tacos for Two or Cheesy BBQ Pulled Pork Fries and Smothered Pulled Pork Burritos.
Use it for cold pork sandwiches, BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, or try some on top of a loaded baked potato.

Zesty Crockpot Shredded BBQ Chicken
Zesty Crockpot Shredded BBQ Chicken is a great twist on basic barbecue chicken. It's as easy as adding frozen boneless chicken to your slow cooker, topping it with the sauce ingredients, then set it and forget it! We served it on a deli Ciabatta roll and a dill pickle spear, tortilla chips and homemade Tomato Peach Salsa. This would also work well with beef or pork.
